New Elijah Desktop Wallpaper! not really
I took a series of pictures while he was in the crib and after seeing the pictures import realized that as a collective it created an interesting pattern. I used the picassa collage with no border to create this. The choices of sizes were all typical desktop wallpaper, so if you want you can make it your wallpaper. I’ts not my wallpaper and never will be because I would lose all my desktop icons in the midst of all these patterns.
Annie and Elijah
We got many comments asking where is Annie? How come there are so many pictures of Shin and Elijah, and not Annie? Well, here they are.
Shin’s Pick Episode 1
Shin’s personal picks based on what Shin felt were good photos as opposed to what is publicaly expected, normal or acceptable. No property, adults or babies were hurt or damaged during the photographing of the following pictures.
Looks like a little boy
Yesterday evening, after coming back home from work, I saw him sleeping in the crib and realized how different he looks. This time, I felt as if I was looking into a preview of what he would look like as a 1 year old boy. Soon after, he woke up and started to cry. He looked like a little baby again.
Visit to the GI Doctor
We saw the GI Doctor yesterday to follow up on Elijah’s ulcer and bleeding.
First, we discussed his recent symptoms:
His bleeding seems to be lessening overall. Although some days there is more blood than other days. He seems to be having less “cramping” or really painful bowel movements. He’s sleeping eating and pooping well and has gained almost 4 lbs since birth!
The doctor mentioned that if his conditions do not improve, a week of steroids and a second colonoscopy should be done.
He might be able to go off the zantac, so we’re going to try not giving it to him to see if things improve. Doctor also suggested increasing the dose of culturelle to two capsules a day to colonize the good bacteria.
We will observe him for another 6 – 8 weeks to reevaluate.
